Made-to-Order Artworks

Each piece is individually produced in our workshop in Vilnius. We do not keep stock or manufacture items in advance — every artwork is made only after an order is placed.
Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as production hasn’t started yet. Please contact us as soon as possible — if production has not begun, we will issue a full refund. Once production has started, we are no longer able to cancel the order.

Damaged or defective items

If your artwork arrives damaged, with printing issues, or any manufacturing defects, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Email us at hello@artmandre.com and include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • photos clearly showing the damage or defect (including the packaging)

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item with a new one at no additional cost. We only replace items that are confirmed to be damaged or defective.

Incorrect address & unclaimed shipments

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and ensuring that the delivery can be completed successfully.
We are not responsible for orders that:

  • cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • are returned because the customer did not accept the shipment from the courier or failed to collect it from a pickup point

In these cases:

  • refunds are not issued
  • reshipping is possible only if the customer covers the full cost of shipping again

If a shipment is returned to us due to address issues or non-collection, the customer is responsible for contacting us to arrange reshipping.
