1. General Provisions
1.1. The online store artmandre.com (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) operates in accordance with the artmandre.com Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the Terms).
1.2. Before registering, customers must familiarize themselves with the Terms.
1.3. A user who registers and places an order becomes a customer of the store (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and assumes the rights and obligations outlined in the Terms.
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to restrict a Customer’s rights or revoke their registration at any time if they fail to comply with the Terms.
1.5. In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the Seller has the right to modify, amend, or supplement the Terms at any time without prior notice to the Customer. The updated Terms take effect from the date they are published in the Store. Orders placed before any changes to the Terms will be processed according to the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
1.6. The Seller is not responsible for and does not compensate the Customer for any damages resulting from failure to comply with the conditions set forth in the Terms.
2. Customer Personal Data
2.1. Customers can place orders in the online store in two ways:
2.1.1. By registering on artmandre.com and providing the required registration details.
2.1.2. By placing an order without registering.
2.2. When placing an order through either of the methods described in Section 2.1, the Customer must provide the necessary personal details to ensure proper order fulfillment. These details include the Customer’s full name, delivery address, phone number, email address, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth.
2.3. By placing an order, the Customer agrees that the Seller has the right to process their personal data for the purposes specified in these Terms.
2.4. The Customer is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and must not disclose them to any third party.
2.5. The Seller commits to maintaining the confidentiality of the Customer’s personal data and order-related information. Such information will only be shared with the Seller’s partners involved in order fulfillment, including delivery and other related services. In all other cases, the Customer’s data will only be disclosed when required by law or with the Customer’s explicit written consent.
2.6. The Seller guarantees the protection of the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3. Ordering, Pricing, and Payment
3.1. Customers can shop on artmandre.com 24/7, any day of the week.
3.2. The purchase agreement comes into effect when the Customer clicks the “Pay” button and the Seller confirms the order by sending a confirmation email to the Customer’s provided email address.
3.3. The agreement is considered fulfilled once the Customer has completed the payment and received the ordered items.
3.4. A new purchase agreement is created each time an order is placed.
3.5. The prices displayed in the online store and on the final order confirmation are the final prices, with no additional fees applied.
3.6. Customers can choose from the following payment methods to complete their purchase:

4. Production Time
4.1. Once an order is placed and payment is received, production takes 1 to 4 business days.
4.2. Orders are shipped to the Customer only after they have been produced.
5. Shipping Terms
5.1. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders placed at artmandre.com
5.2. Orders are accepted daily, but processing and shipping take place only on business days.
6. Returns & Warranty
6.1. Since our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues with your order—such as receiving a damaged package or the wrong item—please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
6.2. When reaching out, please include your full name and order number so we can identify your purchase. We will review your case and provide a response within 3 business days.
6.3. We are not responsible for minor variations in color, shape, or other attributes that may occur due to differences in screen displays and other visual rendering factors.
6.4. The Seller is not liable for product deterioration if the Customer or the recipient misuses the item in a way that deviates from its intended purpose.
