This vintage circus poster is a restored reproduction of an original American chromolithograph titled Twelve Asian Acrobats Performing, published in Detroit in 1891 by the Calvert Lithographing Company. The scene presents twelve performers demonstrating balancing, juggling and acrobatic skills with umbrellas, ladders and other props. Detailed costumes and numerous simultaneous acts make the composition especially engaging to explore. The original belongs to the colourful tradition of late nineteenth-century American circus advertising. This restored reproduction works well in living rooms, creative spaces or interiors featuring historical entertainment art. Available as a poster or canvas print.
