A large bouquet of roses, hops and barley stands beside a glass of beer in this vintage beer poster for the Jacob Hoffmann Brewing Company. The original American lithograph was produced by J. Ottmann Lith. Co. around 1897. The advertisement promotes the brewery’s malt ales and porter while using an unusually elegant floral arrangement instead of a typical bar scene. Soft cream, red, green and golden tones give the image a refined decorative look.
