Made-to-Order Products
All posters sold on artmandre.com are printed on demand specifically for each order. Because our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To report an issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence clearly showing the damage or defect (including the poster and packaging)
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Replacements are issued only for items that are confirmed to be damaged or defective.
Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Shipments
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout and for ensuring that the shipment can be successfully received.
We are not responsible for orders that are:
- Undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Returned because the customer failed to receive, accept, or collect the shipment from the courier or pickup location
In these circumstances:
- Refunds are not issued
- A replacement may be sent only if the customer covers the full cost of reshipping
If a shipment is returned to us due to address issues or non-collection, the customer is responsible for contacting us to arrange reshipping options.
Please Note
- As all posters are printed on demand, order cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has started
- Due to differences in screen displays and the nature of fine art printing, slight color variations may occur between the digital preview and the final printed poster. These variations are normal and do not constitute a manufacturing defect
- Claims submitted outside the stated time frame or without the required documentation may not be eligible for review
Digital Products
Delivery of Digital Files
All digital posters and downloadable files purchased on artmandre.com are delivered via email within 24 hours of order placement and successful payment.
Please ensure that a valid and correct email address is provided at checkout. If you do not receive your files within this time frame, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Delivery times may vary slightly during weekends or public holidays.
No Returns or Exchanges on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
Once digital files have been delivered via email, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available.
