Paveikslai gaminami pagal užsakymą

Kiekvienas paveikslas gaminamas individualiai mūsų dirbtuvėse Vilniuje. Mes nelaikome prekių sandėlyje ir jų negaminame iš anksto – kiekvieną paveikslą pradedame gaminti tik gavę užsakymą.
Todėl grąžinimas ir keitimas negalimi, išskyrus atvejus, kai prekė pristatoma pažeista arba brokuota.

Ar galiu atšaukti savo užsakymą?

Užsakymą galite atšaukti, kol dar nepradėjome jo gaminti. Tokiu atveju susisiekite su mumis kuo greičiau — jei gamyba dar nepradėta, grąžinsime visus sumokėtus pinigus. Tačiau, jei gamyba jau pradėta, užsakymo atšaukti nebegalėsime.

Gavau pažeistą arba brokuotą prekę

If your artwork arrives damaged, with printing issues, or any manufacturing defects, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Email us at hello@artmandre.com and include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • photos clearly showing the damage or defect (including the packaging)

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item with a new one at no additional cost. We only replace items that are confirmed to be damaged or defective.

Incorrect address & unclaimed shipments

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and ensuring that the delivery can be completed successfully.
We are not responsible for orders that:

  • cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • are returned because the customer did not accept the shipment from the courier or failed to collect it from a pickup point

In these cases:

  • refunds are not issued
  • reshipping is possible only if the customer covers the full cost of shipping again

If a shipment is returned to us due to address issues or non-collection, the customer is responsible for contacting us to arrange reshipping.
